I have run a EtreCheck report attached below. I have searched and read various other community discussions but haven't been able to find a exact solution to my problem. This fixes the issue and allows me to use the mac until I shut down or restart the mac where the "loop" resumes. I can't go into safe mode but can go into comd+r and do a reinstall of macOS Sierra. It will go into a "loop" and restart itself. ![]()
